1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment verification.

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next working business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

Pre-Order Products

  • Pre-order items require approximately 4 weeks for dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines will be calculated after dispatch.


2. Delivery Time (India)

  • Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • All shipments are sent via insured courier partners to ensure safe delivery.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.


3. Shipping Charges (Within India)

  • Standard Shipping: ₹40 across India

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1000

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST, ensuring full transparency.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

COD Charges:

  • ₹100 for orders below ₹1000

  • ₹50 for orders above ₹1000

  • COD charge waived on orders above ₹5000 with a valid coupon

COD Booking Fee:

  • A non-refundable ₹100 booking fee must be paid online to confirm a COD order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent via email and/or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.


6. International Shipping

Currently, ThreeKula is primarily focused on shipping within India.

If you require international shipping, please contact our customer support team. International shipping costs and delivery timelines will be communicated separately based on destination and order value.


7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

In case of significant delays, our team will notify you.


8. Important Notes

  • Shipping timelines begin after dispatch, not at the time of order placement.

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • ThreeKula is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
